Aqua Dunya at Dubailand covers 8 million square feet, that features a gigantic water theme park with thrilling wet and dry rides, water shows, aquariums, and a resort. Additionally, Aqua Dunya includes manmade beach and reef with a collection of tropical fish, dolphins, sharks, desert pearl water show and theater, cruise shaped resort with about 400 rooms, and port district souk, or market.

Legends Dubailand will cover 24.7 million square feet and will be a leisure and cultural development consisting of three main theme parks, resorts, leisure complex and a golf course, all designed with Arabic themes. Falcon City Of Wonders will include cultural facilities with structures based on popular sites and architectural marvels of the world, such as Pyramids, Hanging gardens of Babylon, Eiffel Tower of Paris, leaning tower of Pisa, and Taj Mahal. The complex will cover an area of 4 million square feet and will be shaped to depict a falcon, the symbol of United Arab Emirates. Additionally, the Falcon City Of Wonders will include Pharaohs Theme Park with knuckle rides and roller coasters.

Spread over 3.48 million square feet in central Dubai, The Great Dubai Wheel will be one of the largest of its kind in the world, surpassing the London Eye. During the exciting ride on the wheel, visitors will have panoramic views of up to 50 kilometers (29 miles), including all of Dubai and the Arabian and Persian Gulf. The Great Dubai Wheel includes observatory wheel, Ferris Wheel, and service retail.

Dubailand's Taaleem Beacon Education includes early childhood facilities, primary school, two secondary schools, high school and junior college.
